Over the past few years, there is an acute shortage of inexpensive residential infrastructure, resulting in a huge price surge in the real estate market. Our foremost aim was to cater to those consumers who are in the hunt for premium but economical options since the inception of Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II back in 2006. It is not just about low-cost housing; we are committed to delivering luxury within the reach of customers.
Though we have a humble beginning, even so, we have delivered more than 3 fully functional blocks that bring a sense of fulfillment to Chahal Developers. Our delivered projects were the aspiration of contemporary town planning and design featured around the globe.
Understanding market dynamics and relating it with our aim is a real challenge to us. But on the other hand, our determination is beyond the impediments of costings. I am thankful to my team who recognized my passion and made it possible to execute my vision.
