Chahal Developers came into being in 2020 but the process was deep-rooted back in 2006 with the establishment of Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II. About Project
Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II has been designed while considering the development of sustainable community living. Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II (A project of Chahal Developers) was initially started with the development of 300 plots in Block A which was successfully handed over to the customers in 2009. Inspired by the success story of Block-A, the foundations for Block-B were laid in Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II in 2010, and by the end of 2012, 300 more allottees were became the part of Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II community. Followed by successive expansions, Al-Raheem Garden Phase-II further spread its venture by developing Block-C in 2013, which further proves its ability to convert more customers into the Chahal Developers family.
